Service Description

Our BYO Package is the perfect option for those who want to organise their own food and drinks while enjoying a luxury cruising experience. Our vessel is the ultimate setting for a variety of events, whether you're planning a birthday celebration, a corporate function or a romantic evening out. Included in the package is everything you need to make your event a success, from the boat hire and hostesses to the vessel crew required for the number of guests, setup, pack down and cleaning, and decorative items. Our team will make sure that every detail is taken care of so that you can relax and enjoy your time onboard. We also offer a range of add-ons to customise your event, such as clay shooting or other activities, as well as giving you the option to extend your event onboard. BYO PACKAGE PRICING - Up to 30 guests $8,500 - Up to 40 guests $9,000 - Up to 50 guests $10,000 INCLUSIONS - Bring your own food and drinks - Boat hire for up to 4 hours - Hostesses - Vessel crew required for number of guests - Setup, pack down and cleaning - Wharf fee ADD-ONS - Clay shooting or other activity + tender $1,500 - Tender fee $400 - Additional cost by the hour $2,500 PICK-UP/SET DOWN We offer two locations for picking up and dropping off guests, which are Elizabeth Macarthur Bay Public Pontoon (Pyrmont) and Rose Bay Floating Pontoon. DEPOSIT We require a $1000 non-refundable deposit to secure your chosen event date. This amount is payable via our website, in the next steps after clicking 'Book Now'. PAYMENT TERMS The remaining balance of your charter fee is due, in full, 14 days before your event is scheduled to commence. You will receive an invoice 21 days prior to your event date. BOND Caviar Cruises requires a $1000 refundable bond 7 days prior to your scheduled event to cover any damage or losses incurred during the charter. This amount will be refunded within 7 days provided there is no damage or loss to the vessel.


Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy states that; a) If you cancel more than 30 days before your event date, you will be refunded all but the initial $1,000 deposit. b) If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before your event, you will lose 50% of the total event package fee, or you may work with our team to reschedule to a suitable date, depending on availability. c) If you cancel less than 14 days before your event, 100% of the total event package fee will be lost, or you may work with our team to reschedule to a suitable date, depending on availability.
