Caviar Cruises Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Caviar Cruises website and services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use our website or services.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Caviar Cruises. We require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit payable via our website at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Prices quoted are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.

The remaining Event Charter Fee is payable, in full, 14 days prior to your scheduled Charter date.

You will also be required to pay a $1,000 bond 7 days out from your scheduled Charter date to cover any potential damage or losses incurred during your event. Provided the vessel is left in the same condition, this amount will be refunded within 7 days following your event.

Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation policy states that if you cancel more than 30 days before your event date, you will be refunded all but the initial $1000 deposit. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before your event, you will lose 50% of the total event package fee, or you may work with our team to reschedule to a suitable date, depending on availability. If you cancel less than 14 days before your event, 100% of the total event package fee will be lost, or you may work with our team to reschedule to a suitable date, depending on availability.

In the rare event that a cancellation is required due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, this may result in a rescheduled booking or full refund.

Changes & Amendments

Caviar Cruises reserves the right to make changes or amendments to our website, services, pricing, and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to regularly review these terms and conditions to ensure compliance.

Liability

Caviar Cruises accepts no liability for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or technical malfunctions. Caviar Cruises reserves the right to cancel or postpone any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, and will provide a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

It is a condition of the Charter that the liability of Caviar Cruises / Caviar MV PTY LTD, its servants, agents and sub-contractors is agreed to be limited in accordance with the Limitations of Liabilities and Maritimes Claims Act 1989.
