Our Premium Package offers an all-inclusive luxury cruising experience, with a curated selection of gourmet cuisine and premium drinks prepared by our expert chefs and mixologists. Ideal for any occasion, from birthdays to corporate events, Caviar provides a unique and unforgettable backdrop for your special event. With the Premium Package, you can indulge in an array of delectable canapes or set menu options, paired with a selection of premium wines, spirits, and beers. Our professional staff, including hostesses and vessel crew, are on hand to ensure your event runs smoothly, while our included decorative items add a touch of elegance to the occasion. If you're looking to add even more excitement to your event, we offer a range of add-ons, such as clay shooting or other activities, as well as the option to extend your event onboard for an additional cost. Let us tailor your event to your exact requirements, creating an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. PREMIUM PACKAGE PRICING - Up to 30 guests $16,000 - Up to 40 guests $18,000 - Up to 50 guests $20,000 INCLUSIONS - Premium food and drinks package - Chef, mixologist, waiters and hostesses - All vessel crew required for the number of guests - Setup, pack down and cleaning - Use of jacuzzi and lilypad (water toy) - Wharf fee - Boat hire ADD-ONS - Clay shooting or other activity + tender $1,500 - Tender fee $400 - Additional cost by the hour $2,500 PICK-UP/SET DOWN We offer two locations for picking up and dropping off guests, which are Elizabeth Macarthur Bay Public Pontoon (Pyrmont) and Rose Bay Floating Pontoon. DEPOSIT We require a $1000 non-refundable deposit to secure your chosen event date. This amount is payable via our website, in the next steps after clicking 'Book Now'. PAYMENT TERMS The remaining balance of your charter fee is due, in full, 14 days before your event is scheduled to commence. You will receive an invoice 21 days prior to your event date. BOND Caviar Cruises requires a $1000 refundable bond 7 days prior to your scheduled event to cover any damage or losses incurred during the charter. This amount will be refunded within 7 days provided there is no damage or loss to the vessel.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy states that; a) If you cancel more than 30 days before your event date, you will be refunded all but the initial $1,000 deposit. b) If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before your event, you will lose 50% of the total event package fee, or you may work with our team to reschedule to a suitable date, depending on availability. c) If you cancel less than 14 days before your event, 100% of the total event package fee will be lost, or you may work with our team to reschedule to a suitable date, depending on availability.
